What is diatomite?
Diatomite is a naturally occurring, highly porous mineral material formed from deposits of microscopic algae. Its porous structure allows it to absorb moisture quickly.
Where can I use a Diatomite Dry Living Stone?
Depending on its size, it can help manage water and condensation around showers, sinks, cold glasses, water jugs, pet bowls and dish-drying areas. Follow the use guidance on the individual product page.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it under running water. If it needs more than water, use a soft, natural-bristled brush or a gentle scrubber, then let it air-dry fully. Stubborn stains lift with a mild detergent or a 10-minute soak in equal parts water and white vinegar — the full care guidance is on the FAQ page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat R125 nationwide in South Africa.
How long will my order take?
Diatomite products are estimated at 3–7 days. Serving boards have an extended lead time of up to two weeks.
