Domuella delivers nationwide within South Africa using reputable third-party courier services.
Delivery cost
A flat delivery fee of R125 applies per order, anywhere in South Africa.
Estimated timeframes
- Diatomite Dry Living Slabs — 3 to 7 days.
- Serving Boards — handcrafted, and carry an extended lead time of up to two weeks.
These timeframes are estimates. They may be affected by your delivery location, public holidays and circumstances outside Domuella's reasonable control. If a material delay affects your order we will contact you using the details you supplied at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your delivery, we will send you the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. We cannot promise that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment. Additional courier costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged where the law permits.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Contact us with your order number and we will take it from there. Domuella coordinates with the courier and with our suppliers on your behalf and remains your point of contact until the matter is resolved.
